Are you struggling to find a productivity system that actually works for you, as a founder, creator, or just someone with a restlessly curious mind?
Welcome to the club. You're not alone.
But what if the problem isn't you?
What if the real issue is that most of the tools out there, from Getting Things Done to whatever the latest framework is, simply weren't built for creative minds?
This session is about building an accountability system that works for you instead.
We'll borrow from all the usual sources, but what we're really going to focus on is two things.
First: creating a system that fits into your day, your routines, your context, your way of working and being. One that doesn't assume your workday stops at 5pm. We start where you are right now, and we work from there, making your day as productive as it can realistically be.
Second: your wellbeing. Because that's not separate from productivity, it's part of it.
Your accountability system and your wellbeing together are the foundation of everything else. If that foundation cracks, nothing else holds.
So yes, we'll look at OKRs, Getting Things Done, Agile practices, and take what's useful. But the goal is a system that actually works for you.

Michael has spent over two decades coaching tech teams and innovators through their hardest transitions, from zero to one and beyond.

With a background spanning tech, product, and venture, plus an MSc in Coaching and Organisation Development, he brings both the strategic and human side of building to the table. As a founder of multiple tech and consulting businesses, he has lived the chaos, clarity, and compounding decisions that come with the territory.​ He does not believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks. Innovators are wired differently, and he coaches accordingly.
