Accountability Coaching for Creative Minds

Productivity isn't built on perfect frameworks, beliefs, or personality. It's built on the fight to protect it, and we have a name for that fight: Accountability.

In this coaching session, we will establish an accountability system that protects both your well-being and your productivity.

About This Session

Struggling to find a productivity system that actually works for your creative brain? You're not alone. In this session, we build your personal accountability system, one that protects both your productivity and your well-being, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and speed.

Bonus: Get access to our free peer coaching sessions. Most productivity systems fail because short-term deadlines beat long-term goals. Our peer sessions help you stay committed to your own accountability and well-being, while keeping your productivity at its peak.

Existing frameworks fail founders

A one-size-fits-all approach can't meet the high-pressure demands and unique mentalities of founders, innovators, and creative minds. We've seen it repeatedly: what works in corporate halls fails badly in the scarcity and complexity of high-pressure innovation environments.

The constant overwhelm

For founders and creators, productivity is a relentless challenge. There is always more work than can realistically be done. What you choose to focus on is a crucial driver - and bottleneck - of your business growth. Yet most existing tools, from Getting Things Done to OKRs, were simply not built for creative minds navigating the overwhelming reality of startup life.

The silent deterioration

Productivity and well-being often erode together, because founders can't sustain the accountability system that protects them. Under the harsh pressure of short-term demand, the very foundation of success quietly crumbles. The consequences can be severe: declining productivity leads to business decline, mounting pressure, burnout, and depression. And yet, sometimes one small change makes a lifetime of difference.

A different approach

I don't hand you a framework to follow. We build a system that fits you.

First, we design a system that works inside your actual day. Your routines, your context, your way of working and being. We start wherever you are today and make your day as productive as it can possibly be.

Second, we address your well-being. Because your accountability system and your well-being aren't separate things. They are the foundation. When that breaks, everything else does too. If you've always wanted to live a healthier, more productive life but never quite managed it, this is your place.

What you'll walk away with

An accountability system that delivers:

  • A flexible daily structure that serves all your needs

  • Strategic, tactical, and operational inner alignment

  • Well-being protected as the source of productivity

  • Productivity protected by the system that sustains it

  • Built for the demanding realities of founders, innovators, and creators

  • Adaptive to the evolving needs of your life and work

  • An AI prompt system to help you get organized

  • A peer coaching network to keep your system intact

Sessions

Accountability coaching means you're in charge at all times. Part of this experience is you owning the process, without hand-holding. We offer a maximum of five focused sessions to get your system up and running, followed by a mandatory break.

No one-size-fits-all consulting. No upselling to off-the-shelf programs. Just highly focused, one-on-one online coaching, followed by free peer networking.

Bonus: Afterward, you get free access to our peer coaching network, where experienced peers help you keep your accountability system intact and your focus sharp. In-person where available. It doesn't get more personal, focused, lightweight, or sustainable than this.

Michael has spent over two decades coaching tech teams and innovators through their hardest transitions, from zero to one and beyond.

With a background spanning tech, product, and venture, plus an MSc in Coaching and Organisation Development, he brings both the strategic and human side of building to the table. As a founder of multiple tech and consulting businesses, he has lived the chaos, clarity, and compounding decisions that come with the territory. He does not believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks. Innovators are wired differently. Michael knows, that for creative minds, the hardest part isn't the work, it's protecting the conditions that make the work possible.

On a personal note: curious mind, butterfly-bee hybrid, and deeply at home in the community of creatives, builders and change makers, wherever in the world they are.

What Founders Say

Michael helped us gain rapid clarity and focus for our go-to-market strategy. The whole team benefitted from his guidance, his empathy, his genuine interest in our endeavor and his ability to build the plane as it flies.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Michael! We were a team of cats trapped inside of a small cage we had created for ourselves, ready to pounce and launch at each others throats. Fortuntely, Michael came to rescue as our Senior Cat Herder and brought us out of that cage into the open. I can imagine it takes a lot of patience, perspective, empathy and a good dose of inner peace to achieve that.
